| Ticketmaster Question My wife loves Matchbox 20, and heard from a friend that they might be playing the Nikon Theater at Jones Beach in August, here in NY.
I checked the Jones Beach official site, and you can buy tickets. I checked the band's homepage to verify, and its listed for 8/17/2013 but the option to buy tickets from them is grayed out. So, I went to the place I always buy concert tickets from - Tickemaster - and the show on that date isn't even listed as an event.
I've purchased all of my tickets for concerts at Jones Beach through Ticketmaster. Why is there such a discrepancy among the 3 websites with regard to the concert? I'll buy the tickets from the Jones Beach site, but I'm surprised it's not listed on Ticketmaster. Why does that happen?
