[TWC] InDemand/NHL CENTER ICE/GAME1HD, channel 944
Yesterday, I was ready to watch the hockey game between Rangers & Maple Leafs in HD, game1, channel 944.
The SD feed was shown on channel 930, w/icon noting HD on 944.
I go to 944 and message is: Subscription Service....hit enter to order. Naturally, you can't order it.
I paid for Center Ice earlier in the year (have subscribed to it over the past several years)....besides the SD feeds on channles 930-943, we also get 944/Game1HD and 945/Game2HD.
This is very frustrating.....I know that we are at the end of NHL season and MLB has begun to take many of the open channel slots, which is fine, it happens every year, but one would think that you would not get locked out of your hockey game channels until the end of the season. I have sent mesage to TWC Direct for help.
ALSO>>>>I look at todays schedule of hockey games ansd we now have 'taped delay' games! What is this? We can't view the games live now? MLB takes over I guess.
IMHO, this should not happen. There should be enough channels added so that nobody misses a hockey game....nobody misses a baseball game, etc. I guess noboday cares becasue hockey is a 3rd tier sport to many folks....heck, I have requested that TWC N Texas add the NHL Network in DFW/N Texas for so long that I give up.
W/NHL Network taking more and more games each year, it reduces the # of games you can see on Center Ice. Boo!
I guess next year I move to DirectTV....something I have not wanted to do. I have supported TWC since they came into DFW...before that we had Comcast....before that Arlington Telecable back in 1986.

Because of the lock out the NHL season is overrunning so indemand (Not Time Warner) has dropped an MLB game and put 2 Hockey games on tape delay tonight. There will be some more over the next couple of weeks. Blame the NHL for their Lockout.
