[Modding] Watercooled Elite 120 Build [WIP]

I've just started a watercooled mini ITX build. This will be a slow build as I'm doing this in segments and working around a 45 - 50 hour work week plus going to school full time too. I haven't finalized my decisions as to mobo/cpu yet but I'm starting in on the case anyways. I'll be updating as I go along and adding more pictures to the imgur photo album (linked at the bottom). I'll post select images in the thread here.

So onto the cooling hardware. Since I haven't decided on a CPU I haven't bought a waterblock yet. I'll eventually be getting a nVidia GTX 670 4GB and tossing a waterblock on that because it is so short (like 6.5 inches or something) when you take the stock cooler off.

Radiator = Alphacool NexXxoS Monsta
Fans = Corsair SP120
Fan Controller = Lamptron FC-3
Reservoir = Swiftech MicroRes

Side shot with the cover off, drive cage already removed.

Had to remove this corner of the fan controller....

So it would fit with this screw here....

That's holding the res in place.

I'll be updating tomorrow when I plan on mounting the radiator, and maybe test fitting the power supply so I can get measurements on how much I want to shorten the cables.

Interesting, I'm planning on doing something similar with a Fractal Node 304, but keep it all within closed loop coolers.

So I ordered the rest of my components yesterday, it's looking like they will arrive on Monday. I may end up getting this build completed in the next two weeks...

CPU - Intel I5 3570K
Memory - 16GB (2 x 8GB) Crucial Ballistix Sport
Mobo - MSI Z77IA-E53
SSD - Plextor M5M PX-256M5M mSATA
GPU - EVGA GTX 670 Superclocked+ 4GB
Pump/Waterblock - Swiftech Apogee Drive II
GPU Block - XSPC Razor Full Coverage

Onto the small amount of progress I've made since the last posting.

The second fan is not mounted yet since I haven't installed my barbs (they're in the mail)

I know I haven't updated in a while, but that's because Lasership lost my package from Newegg and I'm currently going through the process of getting it replaced. It's looking like at least another 5 business days before they even ship a replacement package for me (hopefully with UPS instead of Lasership).

I've had Lasership lose my Thor V2 case, I wasn't happy.
