Should I switch from FatCow to InMotion?

My site is PAINFULLY slow. It's a wordpress site hosted on FatCow. Should I switch to InMotion? Or someone else?

ps: we're under construction, my freelance designer I paid left me high and dry so I'm stumbling through it on my own.

Loaded fine, but never used either of those companies.

»www.canvasdreams.com (based in Portland Oregon, currently use, and is local)

It loaded slow for me. It probably depends on the load of the box at the time the page is being loaded. This can affect any host. It's usually a hit and miss when finding the right host. Bigger hosts tend to have more problems than smaller hosts due to the number of hosted sites on the servers.

Re: Should I switch from FatCow to InMotion?

They are both huge over sold hosts. It's really just luck at that point.

But I will say, it's probably just a slow server.

I would contact them and ask to moved to a different server.
