I put new Ford badges on my Ranger

I'd love to play the game, but all I did today was drive my vehicles.

Just the opposite here. I let my Flex sit in the driveway. It did get a bath and a full tank of gas Friday night.

Filled gas, took it to the car wash, vacuumed it out, and put the floor mats through the washing machine.

Installed a delay unit for the aux outlet so it can charge my phone.

New front shocks, new front sway bar bushings, new fuel filler neck. No torch on hand, and so the sawsall rendered the shock tops. Broke down and bought new saw blades just for the occasion. Well worth the $12 spent. One of the old shocks was just along for the ride- zero dampening. Can't wait to roll with the new parts on my 150 mile 'round trip commute. One section of the commute is a bumpy curvy old NY State Parkway. Looking forward to cornering in a vehicle that doesn't handle like a shopping cart on pharmaceutical hallucinogens.

Vehicle in question - a 2000 GMC Sonoma, 134K on it. The miniscule 2.2 liter engine is still tight, and will give me 25 to 27 MPG. 5 speed manual tranny and rear end both received a Mobil synth change out a year or so ago. (Non LSD application)

Hope to turn at least 200k with it. Will have to get underneath with some rusty metal paint come Spring.

The crossmembers that support the pickup bed - I don't think GM could have used a lighter gauge steel unless they had opted to make them from super market tin foil. They're not looking too healthy from their salt exposure.

Got my truck washed

Probably doesn't really count because it's not in the car yet, but got rear cover / main seal back on engine and new pan/gasket late last night.

I installed a dashcam and spent a shit-ton of money on gas today.

Got divebombed by every fu*king bird in the county...

Also, my black car is now yellow.

Put another badge on my truck

Last night did my first 150 mile commute on the new front shocks and sway bar bushings.
Report: Ahhhhhh - that's better.

Changed the oil in both cars - the BMW and the Honda minivan. I also rotated the tires on the BMW (side to side) and washed the wheels.

Realized how dirty my truck is and thought...I hope a detailer is at the shop Monday.

Gave my ride a wash today.

Opened the trunk to put a new case of beer in it at the distributor.

Gave the pair of turbos in my Audi a workout today!

Gave the 2012 CR-V a full tank of Exxon regular after running some errands. Driving it back to the Dallas area from Houston tomorrow afternoon.

Washed both of them.

Hit a new high mark for MPG in the 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid, this is about 50 miles into this tank of gas:

Flushed the cooling system and then changed the ATF in my daughters 2004 Honda Accord LX. Then washed hers, mine and the wife's car.

Looked at the sticker on my windshield and saw that I'm about 6 miles over. Not an issue since I last got it changed about 4000 miles ago, on an interval of 4500-7000 miles.

Changed the oil using Valvoline Full Syn in my Ranger and used a Motorcraft oil filter

Got an oil change at 9900 miles, and just put on another 700.
