Unburied service cable?

It has been almost 3 months since my uverse was installed. A new service cable was required, running across the alley behind m house and across my driveway. I was promised burial of he cable in 10 days and that was almost 3 months ago. I have called twice and initiated 2 additional work orders to bury the cable. Nothing.

What can I do to get AT&T to bury this cable???

What part of the country are you in?

If the regular channels have been exhausted, you can try an AT&T Direct forum post here, or shoot off an email to uversecare@att.com

Either avenue would need your name, address, contact information, account number, previous contacts with AT&T to get the line buried, and any other info that could assist

In the colder climate areas, the bury drop crews are really just beginning to bury lines that were laid out all winter, as the ground is basically now freshly thawed so lines can buried
