Check Disk Log Review

I ran a Chkdsk on a friends Computer and I am interested in the meaning of the resulting log. Particularly, the last section of the log:

CHKDSK discovered free space marked as allocated in the master file table (MFT) bitmap.
CHKDSK discovered free space marked as allocated in the volume bitmap.
Windows has made corrections to the file system.

I am concerned that there may be a hard drive issue but the owner has had to force shutdown the computer on several occasions.

Thanks,

Joe P

There is nothing wrong with that log.
It is just tidying up/aligning the table records.

If it mentioned fixing/replacing etc and bit clusters I'd be wondering if there was a bad shutdown or something you as a user did, or there is a genuine issue with cluster/hardware level records.
You can run a disk check via a third party tool if you want.
It is checking disk records.

For corrupt files possibly from the forced shutdown you would need to run sfc /scannow to check the file system integrity.
