VUDU vs. Verizon FiOS FlexView Quality?

Before I got Verizon, I used to get my HD movies either on Blu-ray or via VUDU. Vudu claims their HD rental streams are @1080p. How does that compare to FlexView via Video On Demand?\

In other words. I want to watch a movie. It's available both on VUDU and On Demand for pretty much the same price. Which one gives me better quality (concerned mainly about visuals, not so much sound).

I had 1 free movie from Flex if you use the download option there is no HD for you.

I would suggest you go with whatever service gives HD quality.
However if you don't care about having the movies you paid for on your PC then flex on your tv only will be ok.

Try searching Verizon Fiber Optics forum for UNBLOCK US and read the reply to "Re: Moving back to FiOS over weekend - Netflix Super HD?" from aaronwt.
