[Connectivity] Winchester VA, connectivity issues every 5 minute

Trying to conduct a conference call for a customer just to have connectivity drop every 5 minutes, dropping VOICE service.

Latency jumps to 4000ms then timeoutes for 10 times then restores.

Post your signal levels, there could be something out of spec on your line.

From my experience looks like something in the headend or OSP fibers. Everything is cleared up.

Signals levels remain the same from from a month ago until this morning.

I'm still monitoring.

No one here can affirm that without seeing signals, a traceroute, etc. If you're not going to provide information/details, then we cannot help you I'm afraid.

FWIW, actually the coax cable / RF part of the plant infrastructure is more problematic than is the "ISP fibers" part.

Is this via ComCast voice, or third party VoIP?
IF comcast voice, how are you determining latentcy as you have no direct access to the channels their service uses.
