There are still about 1.3M iDen users left according to the report. They'll lose half but iDen ARPU is almost half CDMA users so with those they keep, wont be a big revenue hit in the end.
Sprint will bottom out at about 54M users at end of next Q (rest of iDen kicked off) and will likely grow slowly from there but probably not much postpaid growth until LTE rollout complete. When 800Mhz rollout kicks into gear, Sprint will be able to compete better with ATT/VZW, especially if they keep unlimited data.
