Comcast XFINITY → Direct forums abandoned?

We are currently working on a new customer model to support many of the social platforms.

I have noticed that questions seem to be being selectively answered. I posted a question regarding log entries on an Arris TM722g on the second of may, and never got any response. Many questions posted after mine have been answered. I posted there because everything was working but I was curious about the errors in the log. Never got a response though... I wounder if this was due to it not being a loss of service issue.

Answering certain topics is akin to "picking the low hanging fruit".
