After returning my equipment when I left the Phone Power Company. I receive a bill for $151.54 cents. I try and call the collection agency to see why after getting a free account I am being charged. She says I have to write a letter of dispute to the company in order to even resolve this situation. To me this is utterly ridiculous. I call Phone Power and waiting on hold for over 30minutes. I don't see why you would have to wait in order to pay anyone money. Just imagine about trying to receive Customer Support. After calling them and talking with a agent, she explains to me that I would have to call the credit agency regarding my billing. Since she does not have any information on file. How can you be a company charging people money and not even explain why you are being charged. After asking for a manager, I was hung up on and never called back!! Will not be getting anything from phone power anytime soon!!
