My rogers internet was disconnected because of a late payment so i called to make the payment. They said they sent in a request to be reconnected but when i asked how long it would take, they said they dont know? Because it is a technician that does it and not them. Its been 2 days. Anyone know how much longer im going to be waiting?
If your a ROGERS customer, then yes go to their forum.. but if your a TSI customer with cable internet, then although it's a rogers tech, it's TSI that has to order it. Rogers normally takes 48 hours to respond.
