Well the only choices are to vote for someone blindly or to go with the odds and no lynch. And so far in my very few games, voting blindly day one has always proven to be a mistake (and generally it's been me swinging from the branch), so let's just cut to the chase and get to day two.
No Lynch
Unofficially, if there were a lynching and someone wanted to start a train on Modem for not participating, I'd gladly hop on. (again just due to impatience on my part) |

No lynch is not the way to go on a closed format game, Brom has the math somewhere, I would say give time for Modem to check in and then we decide who needs to go. |

This is LoL, with more chances the person lynched is not mafia.
So No Lynching doesn't grant us an extra day and makes it harder to find mafia at LoL.

Yep. No lynch does not work in a C9 or F11 unless it's later in the game and the numbers fit. Modem has not been on for 1 day and 20 hours. I say we lynch him, and move forward. He's as good as anyone else, and I don't want him holding the game up. |

Modem, who wasn't even in town for the day, was lynched telepathically by the town. When they telepathically searched his corpse, they found nothing unusual, other than a Tom Jones' It's Not Unusual tape. DrModem was a townie.

It's possible the mafia choose to not kill anyone overnight. That will leave us where we are again. If that's the case, we can stagnate the game by continuing No Lynch until a stalemate is called.  |
