I have been having slow speeds the last couple of days and I was wondering if a tech could look at my transceiver stats and let me know whats going on. I have done multiple speed tests and the best I can get is .5 down and .4 up. I can usually do 1.03 down. and .4 up. The modem had been on for 25 mins as of these readings and it is a netgear 7550.

Your line attenuation looks a little high. I would recommend calling into our Internet Help Desk and having a line and speed test done. With these two tests one of our techs can easily open a repair ticket to have someone come out and visually inspect your lines and determine where the issue is. We are open 24/7 and can be reached at 1-800-239-4430. I hope this helps. Thank you for being a Frontier Customer!
