Apparently with Insight returning the modem / router does not stop them from charging you the lease fee....

Oh my modem works fine (the modem I own) .. They just apparently did not want to remove the Lease fee when I gave them their equipment back a month ago... (The leased RCA Modem and Belkin Router) some ranging with Insight CS got them to remove the code off the account charging me for that.

They wanted for you to pay for vaporware huh??? Glad you got them to take off the charge. It only makes sense.... Ooo I forgot, we're talking about a cable company here...
