For at least the third time today, I am experiencing a service outage. No phone or Internet, but TV appears to be working. Furthermore, ABB's customer support numbers, both toll free and local, are going straight to a busy signal. This is the second time in less than two weeks that I've had to put up with an extended outage. Kind of ridiculous in my mind. I'm so glad I don't have to live down here or I'd have probably built my own ISP by now.
I'm sorry that you experienced an outage of our service. I apologize that it was hard to get ahold of us, as you can imagine, whenever we have a large problem, a lot of people call. We have many many lines in our call center, but as all call centers, if enough people call us our lines can ring busy. If there is anything we can assist you with, please let us know.
