Any updates on the speed?
I am thinking of getting WOW. Are they pretty reliable in the PC area? What about the price? The website just tells me to call for more info, kind of aggravating.
Can it handle my World of Warcraft?

If your on Comcast I'd stay with them at-least another year until WOW gets it together. Internet side of things is somewhat reliable if you don't use it late at night. I've been having lots of outages late at night during there maintenance cycles. Comcast now spanks them in speed with 50Mbps & 100Mbps offered.
If your a big TV watcher and like HD forget about it. Comcast has a much better HD line-up. Your also looking at around a year or more for a full digital upgrade. They have removed lots of channels over the last few months and made people mad. Also they're removing Usenet June 1st.
Online bill pay has become a complete epic disaster. This is due to the merger of Knology & WOW's billing systems.
WOW came into town talking a big game about how much better things would be. Turned out to be a big load of crap. What they have done is destroyed Knology and stabbed all the loyal customers in the back.
Right now it's a giant WOW turd in a Knology wrapper.
As of June 1st I'm taking my business elsewhere and no longer recommending them to my clients.

As being a Knology customer since Dec 2000, I'd have to agree fully with Dusty. I dropped the tv side almost 6 years ago for DirecTV and have never looked back.
As far as the net/phone, both have been fine but since WOW has taken over it's changed. They are dropping usenet June 1. Thier speeds are only 25 or 50. Comcast is 50 & 100Mbps.
After June 1 when both will be offering similar services, Comcast will win with faster speeds. It kills me to say that as I am not a Comcast fan. If you like TV, then Comcast wins as well there. K has dropped channels recently I've read. Comcast has moved to full digital already, has more HD & such. While they can't compete with DirecTV, they are now better than Knology.

The only channel that people really complained about Knology dropping in the past several months was WGN America, and that was likely because of Cubs baseball.
The channels they dropped, I never did watch.
Even still, while Knology dropped a handful of channels, they raised the monthly fees, even though they kept saying they were doing this in an effort to lower prices and become more competitive. That's what bugged me the most.
Their argument for dropping channels didn't make a whole lot of sense. The competitor in Rapid City (Midcontinent) offers more channels and 100/10 internet and at a lower price.
I would switch to Midcontinent internet with Dish Network satellite in a heartbeat but Midcontinent not available in this apartment building and satellite installations are not allowed.
So, I'm staying with my 15/2 internet and hope that WOW can make improvements in better equipment, higher speeds, more HD offerings and competitive prices.
