Good read, some interesting insights into Intel.
I like some of the bits about missing the boat on iPhones, and other Apple products. But hindsight wasn't available for that call.

Intel did miss the boat on mobile, And may never catch up in mobile.

However they face an interesting challenge in that ARM wants to push into the server market. So they have to keep their Xeon market secure while also considering tackling the mobile market head on.

Reminds me of Xerox or IBM and the desktop, but Intel's penalty may not be so severe. Its interesting watching Intel's shift and AMD scrambling for a niche at the same time.
