I rewired my DTV system using solid copper RG6 instead of cable company issued RG 6 with copper clad steel.
The genie and the client seems to be working better with better picture quality.
I do have a service call set up because the dish needs to be realigned. I am getting weak signal on the 99 degree bird.
I wish I had a SWM 8 instead of the SWM LNB as those are more versatile with a legacy output and the ability to diplex the signal.

I've experienced ImOn (when they were McLeod USA), Mediacom, Comcast, and Time Warner and I currently have DirecTV. They are much better than broadcast TV.
I have not and will not cut the cord.
