Looking for help with NAT Loopback on ZTE router

I had fioptics installed last week. I use port forwarding for a computer that I use for demonstrating a software solution. Everything works fine when I am outside my network. When I am at home, I can not access the computer with the URL I have setup. This is on a ZTE model ZXHN H368C. There appears to be no way to turn on NAT Loopback which is what I need. I called support and went through two techs and then to a third who basically dropped the ball by saying he would call me back in 3-6 minutes....it has been over 2 hours now. I suspect he bailed on this ticket. Getting worried that CB is not going to help so I am posting here hoping someone has solved this problem.

I haven't seen that particular unit but another possibility that might work if the router supports it is:

1) Use the router as the DNS server for your local clients
2) Place a static entry in the router DNS server pointing the domain at the private address
