[Southwest] VersaLink B90 is passing pub IP but no Internet!

I have a VersaLink B90 router/modem. I am wanting to pass public IP's to a client device behind the modem. I go into the modem, disable DHCP on the router's LAN interface, and enable the public LAN.

What's strange is that my laptop receives a public IP, I can ping my gateway's public IP(which is my VersaLink) but if I try to ping or surf out to the internet, nothing happens. My Pings return "destination unknown" which means that there is a routing issue from the modem's perspective (my gateway). I am leaving the VersaLink modem as the PPPoE client as well so it will handle that for me.

Can anyone help me figure out why I am receiving a public IP, but I can't ping out to the web? Everything functions fine when the VersaLink is preforming NAT and acting as a router - just not as a switch.

You should be using the Static NAT or IP Pass-through settings to do this.
