Suddenlink → [Connectivity] High Ping issues during the day

This has been going on for the past month or so but at random times during the evening my ping will skyrocket for awhile then come back again. I'm never getting anywhere close to the 30MB download package I have during the day only at night.

I attached a pingplotter test I ran during the time it usually happens.. not sure if I did it correctly but here it is.

Hello Shinpwnage. We performed maintenance this morning around 2am central time to alleviate the high ping times you are experiencing. Please monitor it (as will I) let me know how it is.

lol, this is just a new problem i've been having, last one was fixed. figured i might as well just make it easy and post the new tests on this thread.
