I am wondering myself. I don't see any actual event logs, screen shots of error messages, etc. Just some text that LOOKS like it was copied (but not fully) from event logs. I also see a note about going into the registry, (Item #A), and it says Step 3. Where is Step 1-2?

Without more information, and a better view of what actually is going on, not much can be done.

Do you ever wonder if these guys are working in IT but haven't a clue on how to fix things? At a certain place, which I won't mention, the IT, including the head, is pretty useless. Considering the head is making more than $100,000, you'd expect them to be able to fix more complicated things. Seems that the easiest fix is just to replace computer if there is an issue.
