New hnFAPAlert version - testers needed

Hughes changed the FAP page in their latest 9000 firmware release, and broke the hnFAPAlert code. I've worked with a 9000 user and have a version that is working for them, but it needs additional testing. Particularly it needs testing by 7000 users to make sure I didn't break that code - it was not a minor fix. I do not have an account currently, so I can't test.

The test version is just the program (no setup) and is located at »www.datastormusers.com/test/hnfapalert.exe

Exit hnFAPAlert and copy this version over the existing one. Recommended that you copy the existing one to a different folder so you can copy it back if I've messed up badly.

One bug found by a tester: The tooltip when you hover over the icon was not updating. A fixed copy was uploaded to the test URL.

Hmm, my copy hnFAPalert stopped working sometime early AM this morning (Tuesday). I also downloaded the latest with the mouse-over tool tip.

The alert tells me I have zero megabytes, is red and sounds the alert.

When I switch to percentage it tells me I have 100 percent and is green, which is correct.

I tried on 2 different computers with the same results as above. Hughes must have changed something again...

Thanks so much for work on this utility!

Current stats at time of test is below for HN9000.

Thank you, that is a new wrinkle. The program is expecting MB, which it doesn't find in the total but finds down in the Token Bytes field, which is 0.

It will require some changes that I will try to get to later today. If you drop below 1.0GB you will likely find that the program is working OK.

I have a version up that handles GB values - that may not be a common experience, but it would be good if the rest of you who are testing would download it and make sure it isn't broken now some other way.
