What I'm trying to say is this isn't an isolated incident as far as the quality of service goes. If this was a one off issue because of a DDoS attack then fine but my experience over the past 2 months has been absolutely terrible.
This isn't a "service outage" per say... Its a DDoS attack and we are fighting it right now.

DDoS's happen but i think you should seriously consider dumping whatever customer is being targeted if it's recurring, most of them end up being retaliation for something. i believe there have been a couple of them in the last few months.
you are wrong I'm still stuck at 1.5 or lowers and sometimes it just times out. And it doesn't help that I spent an 1.5 hour on the phone earlier tonight then got disconnected didn't even get a call back. This is ridiculous, before this problem I was having to reset the sagecom modem every few hours now this, what is going on?
It seems to be getting worse. Maybe it not a DDOS and its just some tech support rep at teksavvy that fell a sleep on his return key. Seriously this didn't start today its been happening since yesterday. We need answers not excuses. Get this fixed the internet is not usable like this.
