It did not. I went to the Insight email website and found i still had 55 emails in that account.
Do i have to call TWC about this concern?
Have you logged into your TWC webmail account lately? There is an InsightBB_Mail folder under the Manage folders "folder". That is where I've found all of my forwarded emails from Insight. If you asked for your emails from Insight to be forwarded to your TWC account they should be under that folder.
