[Connectivity] Moving service -
I am a Comcast customer and requested a move from one house to another in town. I own my own modem, and the new home was a Comcast home, so they told me to just call in the MAC address and they'll get me set up.
All is fine and dandy.
Then I hook up my Comcast modem at the new home and low and behold, I'm getting a connection. The previous customers did shut off service (I confirmed this) and my account wasn't setup yet. When I called Comcast, I was told that my address didn't receive any service right now.
