magic jack

can i use a router for my magic jack and bypass the one for my internet. my internet in in my office and the base phone is in my bedroom and it has 3 other phones. but i want the main phone in the bedroom and to just plug the magic jack into another router in my bedroom

You can only use one router for one internet account and incoming line.

Your options are to either run some ethernet cable from your office to your bedroom and plug the MJ+ into that or else if your router is wireless enabled to use a Wireless Access Point (WAP) and plug the MJ+ into that.
