[Cable] Connection Prolem

Congratz, TekSavvy is now one of the worst ISP on my list.

Past 3 days I've had my internet disconnected for a while and reconnected for 1hour then disconnect. It's killing me!

I've tried to call TekSavvy Support but they made me wait 30min and not answer my call, and on the 2nd try I got another 23min wasted. It's outrageous!

I've been using TekSavvy since 2010 and I was happy with it but now what happen? TekSavvy can't afford hiring more ppl to answer a phone call? Or they are simply want to enjoy their tea and let us wait ? Or the point of not answering is to make us head to their forum and ask question IF we got internet.

Am i the only with this problem? WHY ME?
