I recently upgraded to 60/5 internet, as I planned to live stream more. The 5 MB upload was a requirement. Whenever I run speedtests the most I ever get out of it is 2.5. Is getting half of the upload you pay for normal?
I realize that the speeds wont always be exact, but how close to 5 MB up should I be getting? What is normal?
I read there was a BHN speedtest but I havent found it or tried it yet, posting from my job so I wont be able to give you any new updates till tonight.
The speed for the most part is on, always near 60, but the upload would get as high was 2.75, and as low as like 2.1.

I had the problem in that youtube video on my turbo connection. I was under the impression is was on only one PC, but suddenly a second one did it as well. I tried uninstalling everything and couldn't get it to act 'normal'. But my lightning upgrade seemed to have made it go away.
