[Access] anyone want to design a database for me for free?

So I know very little about Access but would like to have a database made so I can play around with it and learn. Here are a few things I would like. I have many more but I thought this would get me started. If anyone cares to make this for me it would be great.

First Name

Middle Name

Last Name

Date of Hire

Date of Promotion

Date of Termination

Certifications

Certification Dates – date when they got certified

Position Title

Male or Female

Shift – Hours assigned to work, 0415 to 1245, 1230 to 2100, etc

Days Off

Overtime worked – Date’s they worked and how many hours .25, .50, .75, 1, 2.25 etc.

You have a lot to learn about databases. First and foremost you don't make changes to them easily.

You might want to take a look at Sage Abra Human Resource Management Software. I used it back in the '90s and it was pretty powerful. It isn't free, but when you're dealing with HR you probably want something tested.
