[HN9000] I wish I knew what was going on

My allowance status page shows my refill has been pushed to 5AM PST. I wonder why the change? Us HN9000 users are still supposed to have the download zone, but what the heck times does it cover. I believe it still started at 2AM EST Saturday morning (11PM Friday for me). I forgot to check it Saturday night.

Bonus byte are still unlimited - whatever those are. Do they apply to us HN9000 users?

I think the software update that changes the download zone to your local time has not been rolled out to everyone yet.

If you still have the old, then the free zone is still based on eastern time zone.
If you have the new, then the free zone will start at your local time @ 2:00 AM

As far as the daily refill time, I don't see that it matters if it happens during the free time as long as data isn't being deducted during the free time period.

Well, they got around to me. My free period did not start at 11PM

I assume it will start at 2am now.

I so need an alternative to this crap. When are we ever going to do something about the communications services gouging us blind?
