Stella has beautiful markings and a sweet face. Wishing you many happy years together.
There are nice urns for sale on line suitable to protect Callie's cremains. |

Stella is very interesting looking, she looks like a sorority girl - cat... May your time together be wonderful. |

Thanks all. She is so comfortable in her new home. I'm pretty sure she love my home and my loving. She is starting to do something "Callie" used to do. That is, if she is outside. And I drive up the drive, she hears my car and runs to greet me. I loved when Callie did that and I am happy Stella does it too. The only thing Stella does that is bothersome; that is at about 5:30-6am, she desides it is time to get up and is very vocal about it! She is getting better at knowing I don't get out of bed until 7:30, but she still tries sometimes. |

We have only one kitty left of the five we had here until a couple or so years ago. This one considers alarm duty her right and responsibility. It took awhile, but we trained her to awaken me, the retired one, instead of working daughter who really needs her rest and has trouble getting back to sleep once awakened. I usually get up before the cat, so it's ok if she lets me know I overslept (past 6am usually). If I really want to sleep more, I can get up, go upstairs, feed kitty, then head back to bed and fall asleep again. Works for us. Only complaint: Chigger is half Siamese and half Persian. The voice is from the Siamese genes. I might wish for a more melodic alarm sound. :/ |

I miss having a four legged companion, but I'm not allowed that where I live, I envy you guys. At least I get a dose of pet affection when I go over to my sister's. |
