I had 4.20.1 and did the force upgrade.
Hopefully doesn't break anything. There's that issue with dlna in 4.20.1. Maybe that was fixed here.

I think this may be a simple fix. Enable the bridge hardware acceleration. If streaming works after this, it is due to the segregation of wireless and Ethernet due to this option.
