This "pardon the interruption" warning by Bing is getting on my nerves. How many damn times do they need to bother with this. I'm not timing out reading news or articles so what the hell. I'll stop using Bing.
Using Chrome, AdBlocker Plus and NotScripts, I have no idea what you're talking about. Sounds like some annoying pop-up/pop-over behavior IE users might see.
i dont use bing at all, i refuse to. but i think the op is refering to basically a "oops, our crap is broke, here look at this pretty oops screen and refresh" kinda thing.
It's a mechanism Bing uses to try and detect and prevent bots from doing a bunch of automated searches. If Bing thinks your IP address has been submitting a ton of search queries in a short amount of time, it may show that message.
I have seen something similar from Google, but very rarely.
