I don't use Conky myself, but I looked in Red Hat's Bugzilla and the Fedora Forum and didn't really see any thing that matches your issue.
The one thing I found new for Fedora 19 is the default name of the wireless connection has changed which was causing display problems for some people moving their Conky configuration from F18 to F19.

You have a tested kernel module installed when available, and you have akmod to generate you a module when the tested kernel module is not available.
