in an attempt to completely shut out their wired networks in pennsylvania and other areas. the voice link service gives them an option to use it "due to other conditions" as well as storm damaged areas. of course it's just part of the plan to eliminate all wires and union workforce from their partnership with comcast. just more broken promises from the company that brought broken promises to you in the first place. wise up people, they dont care about customers, they just want you to think they do.
