I've been hoping to find something similar, but for hardwired automotive use. Would be nice to charge ipod, ipads, cellphones, gps, etc. So far I've only found one or two outlet units that plug in to a cigarette lighter plug.
Maybe we need to design our own and make a Kickstarter project
