I have had a personal account that had 2 dynamic IP addresses for years. For the last few months I have lost my second ip address - the first device to connect gets it and the other gets a DHCP error. Either device works - asa long as it connects first. After many hours with support I was told that this is not possible from BH - which is untrue since I had it. I finally had to change my firewall connection to allow the second machine to essentially have free access to the internet but that is less then ideal.
Anyone have any insight?
Support has told me that I need a new modem and even setup three appointments to come out to my house - each of which were cancelled with no reason stated - at least none that support would tell me.
