Did they get lost in the move?

The newer posts are still in the database but not showing in The Pubs main page:

Edit: The thread has reappeared on Pub front page, either thru your actions or my replying to the thread. In any case, the problem has resolved itself.

The issue is minor -- I'll be bringing over the updated "last post" data shortly.

As both problems I described are now resolved, I removed the whole post to keep things tidy.

Minor Issue with Maps (maybe this falls under what you consider 'Tools').

Looks like the user pin locations are gone.

Thanks! Site feels much more snappy.

I just started Thunderbird and it downloaded almost 600 messages from dslr.net mail server. Most of it was spam that I had deleted as it came in and the rest was DUPLICATE legitimate wanted email messages...going back months. Yuck. I checked Opera 12.16, which was running minimized all day, and it too had downloaded almost 600 messages from dslr.net a little while ago.

I suppose had I thought about this possibly happening, I could have avoided it by changing the server settings to not keep messages on the server more than a few days so I kind of asked for this problem I guess.

Otherwise, everything seems fine and the site is peppy.

There is a large "hole" in the forum posts, which I am going to fill in about 20 minutes then I'll run another check.

The posts were missing and thanks for pointing that out, there was a small matter of about 3 million posts from 25m to 28m that didn't get transferred and they are getting back-filled now.

I just noticed (not sure if related to the move), that when I use the "qreply" nothing will show up. I have to use the regular reply tab.

Edit

Sorry...what I meant was I hit qreply, enter my text, then "post now", then it wont show up on page.
Sorry for bad wording.

Perhaps it is because the mail fetching is dovecot now, and tpop3d is retired, perhaps they differ in the way they account for read email not sure.

No, doesn't work yet. I got these pages when trying to use "qreply"
I'm on firefox up to date.

In fact I got in some kind of loop, and had to go back to home page to get back on this thread. I clicked the "tale me back" tab, and the page went crazy.

When I hit qreply, enter my text then post. I am getting the regular reply box show up instead of posting it on this thread. I type in the regular reply box that popped up and it doesn't post but pops up another regular reply box.
Hope that made sense.

I have the, "Topic for site switch-to-new-servers glitches" page open using both, www.dslreports.com/ & test.dslreports.com/. I noticed that the Broradband DSLReports.com Logo that has a blue backround is no longer there on the test.dslreports.com/ page. Also the, "Your Links, Members, Reviews, Tools, Forums, etc". area is no longer highlighted in blue. The line that includes search, & the line that includes, "Author & All Replies", is no longer highlighted either. Also the fonts used on each page are different. I also looked at the Verizon DSL Online forum, & the same holds true there also.

I can't really say it is related to the move, it may be, but I'm not sure why.

Are RSS feeds not updating or is it just very slow in updating?

Not really a site problem, but a firefox problem.

Using my primary firefox browser, I got a message that I was still connecting to the old site. This, in spite of DNS looking good. It seems to be a problem with DNS caching in firefox.

I'm posting this with a different firefox profile that I had setup (and using the same login cookie). When I close and restart my main browser, perhaps that will fix the problem. Or maybe not.

Setting network.dnsCacheExpiration to 0 and then back to default worked for me.
