[Cable] Issue with cable 18 starting yesterday

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has input on what kind of issue I could be having...it started yesterday and pages are very slow to load, if not loading at all and IE gives the error message cannot display web page...etc..etc..etc.
I have posted in the Direct forum as well and a ticket has been opened. Thx.

From looking at the return path, you are missing 1 channel. This is a Signal issue.

I'm not so sure.. there have been many people posting screenshots like that, Rogers switching from 4x16QAM to 3x64QAM on the upstream.

i live just a little north of etobicoke and i also have issues with my internet connection. (e.g Lag spikes)

I am also on Greensboro cable 18 and have had connection problems for the last few days. Pages are very slow to load.
When can we expect this issue to be resolved?
