WORST company ever!!!I want to warn anyone wanting to sign up with Acanac. It is the worst company ever to be dealing with - they are passing their customers from one person to another, the wait time on the phone is over an hour, they do not seem to know anything when it comes to the account! I paid for a year in advance, and got a modem shipped to me, only to discover that my area doesn't have good cable connection. I waited a month to be reimbursed, and did not get money back for the modem. I asked to be switched to DSL, and it took 3 weeks to finally book the appointment. When the appointment was finally booked, I was so upset that I decided to cancel all dealing with them and go to Bell. People, it is an AWEFUL company! Pay an extra $10-$15 bucks and choose another provider. Your nerves and time are not worth it, trust me!!! |
