[Mobile] T Mobile's $70.00 plan

I was planning on buying the 32 gig IPhone but, still was asked I must pay $90.00 to "help pay for the costs of the phone" for 1 year. This doesn't sound right. I would have the phone paid off in 6 months vs a year. That's a rip off.

Any way you can avoid this?

Go ahead, and buy it outright then if you think it's so expensive.

Your math is wrong. It's the same price.

I looked up t-mobiles plans. they factor in the cost of the phone as an added charge to your monthly rate. Once the phone is paid off, the added charge is gone. Wish Verizon and AT&T did that. Instead you keep paying for the phone even after the phone is paid off.

You're basically getting a 0% interest loan from t-mobile if you do the 2 year contract with them. It's the same price if you pay it off monthly or all at once.
