1 recommendation | I'm finding it amazing how inexpensive some of these programs are. This particular one, Paper Artist ($2.99), has a camera function that allows you to view real-time images through the various filters - cartoon, sketch, etc. - and you can take a snapshot of the real-life image with the filter already applied.

Of course, the HD & HD+ don't have cameras, so I can't use that aspect of the program, but I can still import images from my galleries on the respective devices and work on them with the program.
