[Cable] Email down?

I can't access any of my Teksavvy email accounts via POP3 server right now.

Is it working for other people? I live in Toronto.

I'm in Toronto too and email is down. I guess it's just the daily outage.

Down for me too. I almost think that people have given up on asking about the mail being down, since it seems at least daily.

Yep, e-mail/webmail has been a massive pain in the ass of late. Either it's down or it connects and works so slowly that it takes 3 mins just to view a message and forget about deleting and moving them....Time to switch all my e-mail over to something else, thanks Teksavvy.

It's *very* slow for me as well right now (still works though -- i'm still able to send and receive mail -- but it's very slow).

looking into it.. I know there was a faulty network adapted that has since been replaced. don't know what this might be..

Same problem here right now in Kitchener.
Thunderbird error message: "An error occurred with the POP3 mail server."

No email, web interface is up but logging in does not work, Connection to Storage server failed message.

POP is down as well, no connection to pop server.

There is no support whatsoever, there is no notice when the systems are going down. I know, this might be an unplanned failure, but still, ON YOUR WEBSITE there should be notices as to the status of the services you are offering. It is unacceptable that the only source of information for this ISP is now this forum, with the occasional appearance of a TS employee/owner.

Instead of spending time reading posts here, all your efforts should be on improving the services you are offering.

We had an issue with internal equipment last night. It is being investigated with high priority.

Should be back up now though.
