Anyone upgraded to the new Plus packages yet?

I want to upgrade my 25/2 to 25/10 next week. I was wondering whether anybody upgraded to Plus already and what is your experience so far? Does it work?
Post your speedtest results too!

Sweet! How long did it take to active since you ordered it?

here's the issue for me, the Plus package only means the upload speeds are increased to 10Mbps and since I'm not a gamer, and most of my activity is torrents, why would I spend an extra $10 buck for that?

about one day. Modem just up and reset on its own and I had the new speeds. Recieved an email from start saying it was completed. And @eddie i torrent as well but i have troubles when my upload speed gets saturated it lags my internet. So $10 totally worth it. I also stream and FTP stuff to my server. Getting stuff done faster is awesome.

Same time frame as if you were changing between any of the speed tiers on Rogers cable area. Unless you're already on 150/10 and going down.

even if you don't game or seed torrents, faster upload is really nice for online backups/cloud and uploading/sending large files (youtube upload, video, etc).

Switched from grandfathered 45/4 to 35/10. Sweet!

Called in today for the 45/10 "pro plus" package. The extra upload will be especially useful for VPN back to home, as I travel around (off and on) over the next couple of months.

Got more downstream, but my "10mbit/sec" upstream is shaped to exactly 3.0mbit/sec. Hopefully Start.ca will figure that out and fix it soon.

EDIT: fixed. Bad QoS on router!
Great job on this stuff, Rocca et al.

It's not the end of the day yet.

"Thank you for your continued business with Start Communications.
We have confirmed your service change to the "Home Cable Pro Plus (Rogers)" package will be completed by the end of day on Thursday August 1st, 2013."

...if you still don't see it by midnight feel free to PM me.

Thanks.

Also, if you have QoS enabled on your router try disabling it, still no success then try a direct to modem to see where the issue sits. It is scheduled for today though...

Yeah, just checked it again now, and it seems to be doing 9-10mbits/sec quite nicely, thanks!
