Need a power supply for an Cisco DPC3010

What kinda amperage does it need? I got one for a $1 at a thrift store lol they didn't know what it was lol but I'm currently using it with my SB6580 power supply will that be fine? Or should I get something better?

sbg6580 requires 12v 1.5amp
cisco dpc3010 requires 12v 1amp

You can you use the sbg6580 power supply. I would not be surprised if the dpc3010 you found is a leased modem and belongs to the local cable co. You may find out when you contact them to register it.
