| Sent (download) MTU in Tweak Tester is 14280 Earlier in the day, I was having some connection issues, and power cycled my Speedstream 4100.
I ran a tweak test for good measure, everything came back as normal, low retransmits, stable ping, etc.
The one thing that dumbfounded me, was the "Max Packet Sent" measure. It's continuously over 10,000, which unless this machine is compatible with super jumbo frames, which I highly doubt. It might be a tweak tester bug.
Topology: I'm using AT&T DSL through a Speedstream 4100 modem in PPPoE bridge mode. The PPPoE session is set on my Asus RT-N12B running DD-WRT v24-sp2 (12/08/11) mega - build 17990M NEWD-2 K2.6 Eko. To an old Dell Dimension 8300 running XP. Also tested with a vista laptop. Both results were the same. Sent MTU of 14280.
I have an MTU of 1464 set on both the XP machine, and the router itself. Already tweaked the MTU via trial-and-error using the "ping dslreports.com -f -l 14xx" method.
Some of the tweak tests I have run on the XP machine:
Without the MTU set, router had 1492 MTU at this point.

Here is an example of a trace.
Either tcptrace is now wrong (on 64 bit architecture) or the average segment size in the download was large.
Note that the tweak server sends 10mb of data to you, but only 1208 packets. Hmm.
