Need help with a logo

Hi Creative People
Could I get some help please? I need a logo for a LinkedIn group. I want to create a group titled "HRIS Process Improvement". I am thinking of a logo that uses the 6 Sigma symbol, something depicting technology, and HR, along with title. The file can be PNG, JPEG, or GIF only; max size 100 KB. Could someone make something like this?

Oh, that's no bigger than an avatar. I thought it was going to be used as a header. OK, let see what I can do?

Are you able to use images for the header or text only? If you can use an image I can spit the logo in two. That way you can use the atom symbol as the avatar and the text part of the logo as your header. It will look just like the logo.

Hmmm... since the height is limited to 50 pixels I have to keep the width of the avatar (atom symbol) at 50 pixels also.

I can eliminate the human silhouettes and enlarge and brighten the 6 sigma symbol? That may be our only alternative?

I have to admit I know nothing about graphics so I appreciate the expertise. Maybe reducing the text to only HRIS would give more room for the graphic too; I already have the full name HRIS Process Improvement in the header. Would that give you more room and maybe let you use the fully 100x50?

OK, I think we have a winner here? I tried to stay as true to the original as I could while improving visibility @ 100 x 50.
